MALTA – Joyce M. Dunham, 87, formerly of Cohoes, died Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at the Schuyler Ridge Nursing Center in Clifton Park.
She was born in Auburn, NY on May 14, 1938, the daughter of the late Warren J. and Helen Mary (Moses) Dunham, Sr. She attended Berlin Central School and graduated from Troy High School.
Joyce was employed by the Fort Orange Press in Albany for 22 years in the bindery department. She later was employed for 13 years by the General Services Administration for the US Federal Government as a procurement agent before retiring.
She was a faithful member of St. John’s Episcopal Church in Troy.
She is the beloved sister of Lucille A. Dunham and the late David L. Dunham, Warren J. Dunham, Jr. and John “Jack” (late Lois) Dunham.
A graveside ceremony to which family and friends are invited will be held Monday, March 30th at 10:00 am at Elmwood Hill Cemetery, 51 Belle Avenue, Troy with Deacon Paul Carney of St. John’s Episcopal Church officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. John's Episcopal Church, 146 First Street, Troy, NY 12180 or to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, 3 Oakland Avenue, Menands, NY 12204.
