Art and music play an enormous role in our worship. Our church is filled with images, murals, mosaics, sculptures and stained glass, including several Tiffany windows, all of which work together to teach the faith, train the affections and inspire our hearts and minds to worship the Incarnate Lord.
Taking full advantage of the Anglican tradition of hymnody, song and chant, St. John’s music ministry is directed by Mr. Ted Phillips, our organist and choirmaster. Adults, teens and children with a basic understanding of how to read music are invited to join our choir. For more information about St. John's choir or our music, contact Ted at office@stjohnstroy.org.
