Day 3, Thanks

Dear People of Saint John’s,

Today we focus on thankfulness, with three Church of England leaders reflecting on the importance of gratitude. One of them mentions the psalm verse: “Enter his gates with thanksgiving; go into his courts with praise.” This is less a statement about how we should enter God’s presence, and more a statement about how we do enter God’s presence. We fly into the presence of God on the wings of gratitude. Today’s film can be found here.
